11/3/08 - i drove a pickup truck full of identical black suitcases while sitting next to an Iraqi man (no english) and listening to bluegrass (his choice). doesn't that sound like some sort of weird dream?*

*[i got an internship starting last week with the Int'l Rescue Committee Refugee Resettlement Office in Suburban Washington DC. I mainly work with Asylees, gettin' them the services they need. Anyways, I'm really enjoy the work and people, but ain't gettin' paid none.]
